Homemade Lavender and Rosemary Salt Scrub

I love the salt scrubs you can buy at fancy shops and boutiques, but they can be a little pricey, so I decided to try to make my own tonight! It turned out even better than I had hoped! I had fresh rosemary and lavender essential oil so that’s what I used.  The recipe I used was:

1 part coconut oil

4 parts Epsom salt

Leaves from a Rosemary plant, chopped finely and pressed to release the oil (the amount of leaves are up to you)

Lavender essential oil (I used 4-7 drops for 1-2 cups of scrub)

I combined the amount of each item I needed to fill my teacup with a spoon, then took a quarter sized amount, scrubbed my hands and rinsed! These gardener’s hands are now softer than before.

Cheers,

Wendy
